  • COVID-19: Automated calls to the entire Laval population

The Public Health Department of the CISSS de Laval and the /typo3conf/l10n/fr/rtehtmlarea/Resources/Private/Language/fr.locallang_accessibilityicons.xlf:external_link_new_window_altText Ville de Laval, in collaboration with /typo3conf/l10n/fr/rtehtmlarea/Resources/Private/Language/fr.locallang_accessibilityicons.xlf:external_link_new_window_altText 211, are launching automated calls for the Laval population. Carried out in French and in English, they aim to refer the population to screening clinics or the appropriate resources to meet their needs. Over the next few days, almost 130,000 people will be contacted.

The people who will receive these calls are invited to listen to the message until the end to find out about the various resources available in Laval.

As a reminder, the Public Health Department is intensifying its actions to monitor the development of COVID-19 on its territory by increasing the number of screenings performed each day.

Two clinics receive the population that requires COVID-19 screening according to the criteria currently in force, as prescribed by the Minister of Health and Social Services. The gradual deconfinement in the community means that more workers are targeted by the prioritization criteria.

In the presence of symptoms, the population must necessarily contact the toll-free telephone line dedicated to COVID-19 at 450 644-4545.
