    Getting vaccinated is a way to protect yourself against many serious diseases. Basic vaccines for children and adults are offered at CLSCs or through your family doctor.

    Contact Info-Santé at 811 or talk with your family doctor.

    Remember

    Bring your Health Insurance Card and Vaccination record (if available) to your vaccination appointment.

    Parking has to be paid at all CISSS de Laval facilities that provide vaccinations.
