Our website is an essential tool for informing the citizens of Laval about the care and services offered by the CISSS of Laval as well as by our partners. Per week, nearly 40,000 people visit us in search of information and services relating to their health and well-being.
Shortly before the COVID-19 pandemic, work to revise the home page and the care and services page was launched in order to correct certain shortcomings stated by our users, employees and partners during surveys and focus groups. The new home page was designed in response to these comments and also thanks to your suggestions.
After several weeks of development and work, we are pleased to present this new home page to the Laval population: simplified, intuitive, accessible and mobile-optimized. We believe it will allow you to find the information you want more quickly and improve your experience.
