    Adaptation to chronic pain program (PADoC)

    Services

    Interventions aimed to improve self-management skills and adaptation to their chronic pain condition so that the person may carry out their activities of daily living. 

    Clients

    Adults diagnosed with

    • Chronic pain secondary to physical disability;
    • Fibromyalgia.

    The person must have significant and ongoing difficulties in functioning in their daily life (daily activities, work and sleep).

    To participate in the program, persons must be ready to make important lifestyle changes in order to adapt to their condition.

    Location of intervention

    The services are provided at the JRH of the CISSS of Laval.
