    This program is intended for:

    • Anyone aged 18 and over wishing to change their tobacco or vaping habits.
    • Adolescents, subject to parental approval for those under 14, or accompanied.
    • Pregnant women.
    • Health professionals seeking clinical support in their interventions with individuals using tobacco or vaping products.

    The team provides you with personalized assistance, free of charge (in French and English), based on your needs and concerns. You will be guided by a specialized smoking cessation counselor throughout your process.

    During consultations, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Explore your nicotine addiction.
    • Define your personal goal.
    • Acquire knowledge about nicotine replacement therapies.
    • Develop strategies to cope with withdrawal.
    • Consider ways to prevent relapse.
