  • Hôpital de la Cité-de-la-santé's visiting hours

Visiting hours at the Hôpital de la Cité-de-la-Santé let people stay in contact with friends and family members who have been hospitalized. To make sure patients get their rest and to limit their exposure to viruses and bacteria , everyone must follow the hospital’s visitation rules.

There are two types of visitors:

    • “Significant people” or family caregivers identified by the user:  These people support users and have a significant relationship with them (relative, spouse, etc.); for example, they help them with daily activities while they are in the hospital.
    • Visitors: People who come to visit users in the hospital.

    Visitation rules for different sectors

Please check the rules for the care sector of the person you want to visit. If the person is not in a sector listed below, general visiting hours will apply.

At any time, the doctor or nurse may decide to extend, shorten or limit visiting hours if they believe this is better for the person’s health and well-being.

Le médecin ou l'infirmière peut en tout temps décider d'autoriser d'allonger ou de raccourcir les heures de visites  ou de les limiter, s'il le juge pertinent pour le mieux-être de l'usager.
