Change your address
To change your address, please use the Government of Quebec’s Services Québec - Citoyens website.
The names and addresses of Quebec women aged 50 to 69 are sent to the PQDCS by the Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec (RAMQ) twice a year. If you have recently moved, your new address may not have been sent to the Regional Service Coordination Centre (CCSR) in your new region. Note that the program recommends that you get a mammogram every two years. If you think it’s time for your screening mammogram, please contact the CCSR in your new region to give them your current contact information. The CCSR can then mail your invitation letter to your new address when the time comes.
