First-line intake

Call the first-line intake to access several CISSS Laval services.

The first-line intake is a service for all groups of people. Contact this service to:

  • Register for promotion and prevention activities, e.g., Médicament parlant (Let’s talk medication) program, caregiver support groups.
  • Get access to home support, medical, nursing, rehabilitation, nutrition, pharmacy, and other services. 
  • Get information about a first-line health service.

WHAT IS INFO-SOCIAL?

The Info-Social phone line, through psychosocial workers, is a service that offers free psychosocial telephone consultations. It is an anonymous, confidential service accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

→ Do you experience suffering, distress or a psychosocial crisis?

Call 8-1-1, option 2, and speak immediately with a psychosocial intervention worker. Info-Social 811 professionals respond to all types of requests, no matter what is going on.

  • To get help for yourself or to support a loved one.
  • To have someone to look for solutions with.
  • To talk about his concerns.
  • To access psychosocial services from CISSS de Laval or community organizations, for example: psychologist, social worker and others.
