    • As part of the COVID-19 pandemic and new alert 3 (orange), access to visitors is no longer permitted. However, family caregivers who provide significant help or support can still access the CHSLD at the rate of one person at a time per resident per 24-hour period. We thank you for helping to keep everyone safe.

    In Laval, it is quick and easy to obtain local health care and psychosocial services. Your access is our priority.

    Do you have a family doctor? It is your first resort for any type of health problem.

    Did you know that family medicine groups (GMF) give you access to health care and psychosocial services?

    At any time (24/7), you can contact Info-Santé nurses at 8-1-1 if you have any questions or concerns about your health.

    If you are experiencing suffering, distress or a psychosocial crisis, contact Info-Social at 811, option 2. A psychosocial worker will answer you.

    It is a free, bilingual, anonymous service, accessible at all times, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
